8-WEEK TEAM PLAN
This 8-week plan includes everything from the “Communication Framework Builder” and expands support to align and integrate communication across every ministry. We meet with senior leadership and individual ministry leaders to clarify vision and messaging, implement a clear project management structure for your communication team, and strengthen the workflow from initial request to final follow-up.
